PRECISION LASER TECHNOLOGY
Associated Welding & Profile Cutting provides laser cutting, laser welding and laser engraving from our Launceston workshop.
Our laser capabilities support precision fabrication, component production, custom design work and business branding.
LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting produces accurate, repeatable components with a clean cut finish and is well suited to detailed profiles and complex shapes.
We cut steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass, working from supplied CAD files and drawings or designs developed in-house.
LASER WELDING
Laser welding provides precise, controlled welding with a concentrated heat source, making it suited to detailed work and applications where accuracy and a clean finish are important.
It can be used as part of a complete fabrication job or for suitable individual components and assemblies
LASER ENGRAVING
Our laser engraving capability can produce detailed, permanent markings for a range of commercial and custom applications, including:
- Business logos and branding
- Product identification and labelling
- Text and graphics
- Custom designs
- Branded components
Artwork and designs can be supplied or prepared for production using our in-house CAD and design capabilities.
