Associated Welding & Profile Cutting provides laser and plasma profile cutting from our Launceston workshop.
Our equipment produces accurate, repeatable parts with a clean cut finish and efficient material use. We cut components for fabrication, construction, architectural and industrial applications, from one-off parts through to production quantities.

HD PLASMA CUTTING
Our high-definition plasma cutting system provides fast, accurate cutting of steel plate and is well suited to heavier material and larger fabricated components.
HDP plasma produces a cleaner, more accurate cut than conventional plasma cutting while maintaining the speed and efficiency required for larger fabrication work.
LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting provides a high level of accuracy and a clean edge finish, making it well suited to detailed components, complex profiles and parts requiring consistent repeatability.
Our laser cutting capability is used for both finished components and parts that move into further fabrication within our workshop.
CAD & PRODUCTION
We can cut directly from suitable CAD files and drawings, or we offer in-house CAD modelling
With CAD, profile cutting and fabrication all handled in-house, we can take components from design through to finished fabrication where required.
